Yummi! Mousse au chocolat. ♥

Mousse au chocolat.

Why do i like it?:) Cause it's french. It's easy but grand, and you can make it during 10 minutes. Cause very very chocolate! The real chocolate essence., cause it can be creamy and hard, light or dark, with srawberry or cherry or simple and delicious.

For four person:
- 30 minutes to make
- 1.5 hour you can eat :]
• 4 eggs
• 5 dkg caster sugar
• 2 tablespoon brandy, whiskey or konyak
• 20 dkg dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
• 3 tablespoon black coffee
• 10 dkg butter

Sever the eggs two part,and then beat the albumen. Add to the egg yolk the caster sugar and then the alcohol too. Beat it up too until it start to foaming like the egg albumen. Chop the chocolate bar and melt it with the coffee down over steam. When its flowing put to the butter and compound your brew. When it get creamy, you should mix it with the eggy cream and thn with the white meringue.
The perfect chocolate foam and portion it in little cups. And then put them in the fridge for 4 hours. Slant it with fruits, ladyfinger or cream. Enjoy your food! : )
